Оплатил товар в декабре 2012 года. Через месяц не получил его. Отписал продавцу мол где товар, на что он ответил, подождите еще немного. ПОдождал. Теперь с ним связи нет вообще. Продает еще, но на письма не отвечает.
Служба поддержки насчет возарвтов говорит, что если прошло 45 дней с момента оплаты товара, то они ничего не могут сделать. Но с Китая иногда идут дольше чем 45 дней. (мой товар с Британии а не с Китая).
Короче пролетел, сумма небольшая - порядка 10 $ но все же факт! Будьте внимательны и не превышайте срока в 45 суток если не приходит товар - сразу катайте жалобу, т.к. потом все уже зависит только от порядочности продавца.

While you won't be able to open a case, there are things you can do. First, try contacting the seller directly. I see that you have been emailing the seller for a long time now, but have been unable to resolve this situation yet since they have not responded yet. I recommend giving them a call. Sometimes a simple conversation is the best way to work things out.
